As there is time spent to achieve the work, a refund is not possible for work already completed.
If somehow our medical professional failed to deliver you the booked services due to circumstances outside of the patient’s control or for reasons other than the patient’s medical condition or health, you will receive a full refund or credit.

Gifts
As of now, we don’t have any feature of gifting or promo code.
Double Purchase
In case of double payment, due to any reason, you will get your 100% money back. Usually, our system automatically detects such transactions and refunds them. But if due to any reason mentioned actions are not triggered, please us out at sarah.edwards@elevatedessencespa.com.
We keep our pricing very transparent and honest.
Cancellation
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all individual services, and a 48-hour cancellation notice for packages and any groups events. All reservations must be reserved with a credit card.
Health Considerations
Before booking any appointments, please let us know if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities so we do not interfere with medical conditions. If you are pregnant, have recently had surgery, or are a cancer survivor or undergoing treatment we may ask that you provide a service release note from your physician before receiving services.
